A reliable calibration process forms the basis for successful test equipment management. In addition to test equipment management with PRIMAS online, a reliable and transparent communication in the order process is essential. With the Testo Industrial Services portal, we can simplify communication with you and make it more targeted. The portal gives you an optimal overview of your quotations, orders and all documents.
Get an overview of your order process via our portal: From the request for quotation to the entire order tracking process, including viewing your delivery dates. We also provide you with all order documents and the option of downloading your calibration certificates per order as a ZIP file.

Fast requests for new offers

Do you need a quick quote for the calibration of one of your test devices? You can use the quick quote request in the portal to send your inquiries directly to us. You specify directly whether you want an ISO/factory calibration or DAkkS calibration, as well as whether the calibration should be carried out in the laboratory or directly on your premises. You also have the option of providing test equipment lists as an Excel file.

💡Tip: Filter your due test equipment directly in PRIMAS online and download them as an Excel file. You can then send us your Excel file with all your test equipment due for a non-binding quote.

Tracking your orders

You can track all your orders with the help of order tracking. Within the order tracking overview, you can see the status and delivery dates of your individual orders. For a more detailed order status, you can click on the order number to view the current processing status for each piece of test equipment. You will also receive information about your expected delivery date and any changes to the delivery date. Once processing has been completed, you can also check the shipment tracking with DHL and GO. All order documents and calibration certificates are also available for you to download.

Processing of open feedback

Process your repair cost estimates centrally via the portal. You can accept the cost estimate, reclaim the measuring device unrepaired or have it scrapped. You can view your open feedback centrally in the portal and will also be informed by e-mail for each cost estimate.

Simple document management

As part of order processing, you receive quotations, order confirmations, delivery bills and invoices, which are sent and stored for you in digital form. To minimize the effort involved in managing these documents, you will find all commercial documents under "Order documents" and can retrieve them at any time.
