Then the dual study program in Business Administration - Human Resource Management is just the right thing for you. You will work with colleagues from the Human Resources department on a daily basis to ensure the satisfaction of employees and candidates.

During your dual study program, you will gain numerous insights into various areas of HR - from recruiting and labor law to training and personnel development.

During the theory phases, experienced lecturers at the Cooperative State University will provide you with scientifically based knowledge about recruitment, employee retention and employee support. At the same time, this degree course covers all the basics of business administration, such as financial accounting, marketing, economic policy, statistics and law. You can optimally apply and deepen the knowledge you have acquired in theory when working on your project work or your Bachelor's thesis.

  • Getting to know the HR department from A-Z and working on HR-related topics
  • Support during internal and external events such as job interviews, job fairs or school class visits
  • Recognizing trends in the HR sector and developing HR projects
  • Building up know-how in areas such as recruiting, labor law, personnel development, training, payroll accounting or HR controlling
  • Creation of project work and the Bachelor's thesis
